FEEDING THERAPY
EVALUATION & TREATMENT

We will complete a thorough review of your baby’s medical, developmental, and feeding history. This includes a whole-body and oral sensory-motor assessment, followed by a natural mealtime observation. Together, we’ll develop meaningful goals and an individualized feeding program tailored specifically to your child and family’s needs.

Common areas we support include:

  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges

  • Tummy time and developmental milestones

  • Torticollis and/or plagiocephaly

  • Transitioning to solids, new textures, and a variety of flavors

Our sessions are designed to be both effective and joyful! By incorporating your child’s unique strengths and interests, we foster a positive relationship with eating. We integrate a spoonful of playful engagement, a sprinkle of parent coaching, and a whole lot of fun!

TETHERED ORAL TISSUES (TOTS) CARE

We provide specialized evaluation and treatment for babies with suspected lip, cheek, and tongue ties. Recognizing that feeding is a whole-body activity, our evaluation goes beyond the mouth. We look at the big picture- including oral motor function, sensory processing, physical tension, and developmental milestones- to address breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges.

We believe in a "team-around-the-family" approach. Based on your baby’s unique goals, we collaborate closely with lactation consultants, pediatricians, dentists, bodyworkers, and other specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.

If a frenectomy is recommended, we work alongside highly skilled release providers to offer individualized pre- and post-procedure therapy. By combining oral motor exercises with gentle bodywork, we help your baby find the comfort and function they need for a successful outcome every step of the way.
