WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently, we are an out-of-network provider. Our services are often covered by out-of-network benefits. We recommend that you contact your insurance company before starting services to learn about reimbursement benefits. If requested, you will be provided with an itemized “superbill” that will provide all the necessary information you need for reimbursement, including diagnostic and treatment codes.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you are unable to attend the session, please email or call to cancel and/or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the full session rate.
